Gill is an enameller and silver jeweller. To accompany Ed's exhibition we are delighted to welcome Gill, who will be showing her work at Obsidian Art for the first time
Gill will be exhibiting her gorgeous enamelled wall panels, standing forms and vessels using the natural formation of various tree burrs to give inspiration to her designs which incorporates use of oxy-acetylene torch and sgraffito techniques. Pure silver foil is applied onto the surface to enhance and give additional detail to the image.

Jess Lelong

Beautiful and unusual jewellery and frames by Jess Lelong. Every design is inspired by the Art Deco & Art Nouveau movements and stamped from the original steel dies dating from the 1890s to 1930s. Each piece is silver or 18ct gold plated and nickel free. Jess continues to use the traditional technique of fired glass enamelling. Each design is set with diamante crystals and semi-precious stones

Katy Quinn

We are delighted to be showing some spectacular glass art & jewellery by Katy Quinn.

Katy workswith glass, silver & gold - creating detailed imagery on panels and 3D objects resulting in a rich mirror-like finish. It is a labour intensive and demanding technique but allows a high level of detail and intricacy that plays with reflected light and transmits the ‘precious’ nature of the materials used. Katy creates unusual and beautuful, atmospheric pieces inspired by folklore and the natural world.
